So we signed papers with CleverHomes last week which says we're committed to designing a modern prefab house. Some adjetives that might be used to describe what we're feeling right now:
Excited
Nervous
Anxious
We've thought for sometime now that this pre-fab phenomenon was nearing an inflection point. I still believe that to be these. The LA Times writes a fairly balanced piece about the industry here.
